Carolyn Riggins did an unbelievable job at the presentation “Seven Essentials to Help Recruit New Employees, keep current employees, and avoid employee burnout in August of 2022. Although the presentation was a virtual (webinar), Carolyn was able to not only motivate the audience but also make them actively participate.
One of the unique things that Carolyn does is she does her homework ahead of time. By the time the presentation is ready to go, Carolyn understands the audience. And. What their needs are. She was able to present items that were very relatable to everybody.
