My leadership journey began in the financial industry, where I rose from Assistant Vice President to Regional Area Manager at TD Bank. I was entrusted with leading one of the bank’s most prominent regions, overseeing an $80 million operation and driving more than $71 million in client growth.
But more than the numbers, what mattered most was the people. I learned how to build trust, develop talent, and create a culture where teams felt supported, accountable, and motivated to perform.
