For more than 35 years, I’ve worked on the front lines of business, finance, and leadership. I’ve carried the responsibility of running teams, managing revenue, serving clients, and making the tough decisions that determine whether an organization grows or struggles. I know what it feels like to lead when things are going well — and when they are not.
I’ve managed million-dollar operations.

My leadership journey began in the financial industry, where I rose from Assistant Vice President to Regional Area Manager at TD Bank. I was entrusted with leading one of the bank’s most prominent regions, overseeing an $80 million operation and driving more than $71 million in client growth.
But more than the numbers, what mattered most was the people. I learned how to build trust, develop talent, and create a culture where teams felt supported, accountable, and motivated to perform.

I hold a Bachelor of Applied Science in Management and Organizational Leadershipfrom St. Petersburg College and a certification in Business Consulting and Executive Coaching from IPA Career College.
But more than any credential, I bring something that can’t be taught — real-world leadership experience.
